About Me

What is Equestrian?
It’s the bleary eyed 4 AM mornings, 4 hour drives; Memorizing hunter and jumper courses .Cleaning stalls, riding in 102 degree weather, sweat, blood and bruises;
It’s the perfume of saddle soap, liniment and a job well done;It’s showing at 10 PM when you’ve been awake since 3 AM;It’s everyday of the week, having a person yell at you until your in tears.It’s finding new friends in an unexpected way;It’s spooks and braiding until your fingers bleed;It’s hauling a state away and paying an arm and a leg to have a judge tell you you just aren’t good enough;It’s a day in and day out sport, there’s no fouls or red cards;It’s working that much harder to be better;It’s practicing everyday, no matter the circumstances;It’s looking good while working your ass off and not letting it show</center>

I’m 19. I’ve been in the horse world for as long as I can remember. I started riding when I was 4 years old after driving my parents insane pretending I was a horse, and wanting everything horse related I could find.

I mostly ride Jumpers. It’s where my and my horse’s hearts are at. I have done and shown Hunters and it just wasn’t my style. I’m more of the adrenaline, speed craving kinda girl. I have also done and shown Dressage and I adore it, my horse adores it but I’m just not interested in competing at it right now. I’ve also done some eventing but never really had the coach to teach me it.

I have a personal blog that explains more about me and has posts that describe me if you feel like following it :) If you want to know anything more, feel free to ask!
